GO HARD or GO HOME!

How hard do you really work when you exercise?

Whether you go to the gym, run, cycle, attend fitness classes or take part in another type of fitness pursuit how much effort do you REALLY put in?

Answer honestly…….100%? 80%? 50%? less than 50%?!

I am not saying that you should push yourself to maximum every training session; as this can have negative as well as positive effects, but every training session you should put 100% effort in. Whether you love it or hate it, during your workout put the effort in to maximise your time. Training for 1 hour equates
